Our auto-discharge system which use vacuum technology. It needs to fix two water canister and one water pump,.  The water canister can create  –0.8kg/cm2 vacuum sucking force when the water in the water canister is empted by the pump.  So the cement can be sucked out by pipe from the hold and then into bin pump. Then the cement is discharged from bin pump when the air compressor works. The system is of lower noise and bigger sucking force ,This is our water pump vacuum technology. The whole system is controlled by computer.                             

    Our water pump vacuum technology to discharge cement whose noise is about 60-70 db. We can overcome cement jam in pipe and curve pipe will not be easy frayed , The innage of the cement holds will be about 0.1-0.15% when the holds are discharged empty .
