上海轻航气膜减阻船舶有限公司创办人蔡金琦研究员(Christian)毕业于上海交通大学船舶设计制造专业,在研究得出气膜定理的基础上,进而研究设计了能有效形成船底连续薄层空气膜或谓薄层气垫的船舶气膜减阻节能装置系统获国家发明专利,研究和应用都说明,可实现运输船和高速船节能15%左右, 是船舶减阻节能经济有效的技术途径,具有自主知识产权和高附加值。1991年在74米1000吨运输实船上首次成功应用,使我国在国际上首先开创了运输船舶实现气膜减阻节能的先例。2012年在122米5500吨沿海集装箱实船上设计加装仅开设一个船底小孔实现了船底连续气膜的有效形成, 在航运输船利用坞期1-2天就可实现气膜系统的加装,从而具有形成船底薄层气垫节能的功能。本发明通过了部级技术鉴定, 被列为三部委国家级推广的优秀节能成果和上海市高新技朮成果转化项目等,多年来积累了可贵的经验和关键技术,形成了实用的理论和设计模式。早在1887年国外科学家付汝德曾提出船舶空气层减阻的概念,100多年来国外许多科学家投入了大量人力物力研究船舶空气减阻, 本发明为船舶气膜减阻节能的应用发展奠定了基础, 系上天赐与我华夏的文化。中科院查新报告 (200421C0700182) 结论提到 “在此之前也未发现有人提出相似的气膜常数公式,因而尽管我国从事船舶空气润滑的研究起步较晚,但在薄层气膜减阻技术的研究和应用方面,巳处于世界领先地位。随着社会经济的发展,船舶薄层气膜减阻技术将会得到广泛应用,其应用前景十分广阔,并将对船舶设计产生深刻的影响。”

Shanghai Qing Hang Air-filmed Resistance-reduced Ship Co., Ltd is established by professor Cai Jinqi who is a christian and he has graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University ship designing and building major. Our air film layer energy-saving ship technology includes the discovered the air film layer theorem by Cai jinqi in 1982 and valuable experience of hundreds of times research tests and apply design installed on ships.
The air is pumped by blower into the ship bottom can form continuous air film. It can reduce the total area that ship hull contacts water by about 30%. The model research tests and the application tests shows that our technology can help transportation ship and high-speed ship to save about by 15% total energy, But the cost is low. This technology is patented and it is one of the state promotes energy conservation achievements and Shanghai government’s high-tech transforming projects when our technology appraisal have passed.

The some tests results of the air film model ships and two actual ships with the air film device system:
The 1000t barge model test using air film layer shows that it’s resistance is reduced by 28%; The 1000t barge installed our air film layer device system test shows that it’s resistance is reduced by 20.1% and save energy by 15.2%;
The 35000t model ship air film tests shows that the resistance is reduced by 22.8% and The 21000t shallow draught model ship air film tests at 13.5kn shows that the resistance is reduced by 31.2%;
The model tests shows that the resistance of the air film high-speed ship is lower than the Tie Cheng catamaran hovercraft by 22.6%.
The small air volume test of the 5500t container ship installed our air film layer device system at 8.94kn shows that the power is reduced by 4.75% when we deducted the blower power is about 0.65%.

5500吨集装箱小风量气膜减阻实船轴功率测试在8.94节服务航速扣除小风量时所需风机功率0.65%和对装载,航速和风浪实际工况略作科学修正后实现节能4.75%。
